OUR PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER:
ELIZABETH A. BROOKS, PH.D.

A recognized expert in her field, Beth has designed more than one hundred health economics models as well as dozens of market development programs. Her analytical expertise and accessible packaging of study data interface statistical results with business sensibilities. That confluence of information and usability provides pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients with the tools needed to develop operational business strategies that successfully communicate product value.

Beth’s proven skill at pinpointing clients’ business needs makes it possible for her to design cost-effectiveness and budgetary-impact models, to devise interactive pricing and sales tools, and to formulate, analyze and communicate prospective and retrospective health economics studies.

In 2006, after identifying a disparity between what health economics firms provide and what manufacturers really need, Beth launched Decision-Driver Analytics, Inc. As its name suggests, DDA was founded to provide accessible health economics analyses and strategies that can be used to drive key product decisions.

Prior to establishing DDA, Beth led the health economics group at PPD, Inc., a leading global contract research organization. She also managed the business and strategic development effort for PPD’s medical communications, health economics, and late-stage study services.

Beth is a noted speaker at industry conferences and has published peer-reviewed articles encompassing a variety of mathematical and health economics topics.

Beth holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Duke University.
